You can download the entire patchdump preset library here: http://patchdump.com/sites/all/downloads/PatchDump.zip

You'll want to unzip and then place the folder in this directory:

/Users/**substitute your user name here**/Library/Audio/Presets/Madrona Labs/Aalto

If you're on the latest OS X version, you won't be able to see the Library folder, so you'll need to use the "Go to folder..." command in finder and then type your path, substituting your user name as shown above. You can find your user name by looking at your "Macintosh HD/Users" directory, where you'll see each user on your system listed.
